If pieces were smaller

Sundays would be better if the pieces were smaller. Most of my dogs are missing some of their teeth, and 2 are completely toothless.

If you could make Sundays more affordable being on a fixed income I can't afford this product I have to get it as a kind of treat for her once in a while. Would love to have this as her only dog food.

Sundays would be better if a senior Could afford it. My dog loved the food but I can’t afford $200 a month for Dog Food no matter how good it is.

I cancelled Sundays b/c you wouldn't allow me to modify the shipping dates/quantity appropriate to our current situation.

Make it smell better.

Sundays would be better if it didn't turn to dust through shipping.

I know higher quality costs more to make, but just wish it were more affordable

Not sure why there is so much variation in terms of freshness of different bags but maybe something to look into. Also, she really loved the Christmas snacks so maybe look into making more treats like that as well.

The only downside is the small amount recommended for Lexie (she is 8lbs and only gets 1oz per day). I would love a small breed formula! Because of this, I will probably use Sundays as a mixer rather than a full meal.

Shipping delays( due to supply problems) and price.

There is too much cutesy" packaging. 3 sturdy wrappings is overkill

The quality of Sundays is inconsistent. Color, smell, size, thickness, dryness, etc have varied from bag to bag. Makes me wonder about the quality control of manufacturing and if I am really getting what is claimed on the box. Customer service (although reponse time has improved immensely) gives nonchalant answers that make it seem an hourly paid part-timer is remotely answering customer inquiries with no actual knowledge of the product. I want to support a small business, so I am continuing to give Sundays the benefit of the doubt. I wish the recipe included probiotics. More flavor variety please.

The shipping is not the same each time. Sometimes it comes in 2-3 days and sometimes it comes in 7. That was tricky to manage bc my dog would often run out of food

It’s a little hard and almost stale.

The bottom of the bag is always filled with tiny, tiny pieces/crumbs that my doggie won't eat. Quite a waste. Is it a packaging issue? If you can figure out how to prevent that, You'd absolutely get 5 stars.

They didn’t use sunflower oil. It’s high in omega 6’s and causes inflammation. Tallow would be a wonderful alternative.

Please make it easier to figure out how much to feed him. I had to contact you a couple of times. How does one get your specific measuring cup? Should come with food. Also I went back to reread info from you and the emails or texts were gone. I did not delete them!!

for small dogs such as mine, the chunks of food need to be smaller. I have to always break them down.

If would be nice to get a new box along with the bag of food. Also, a coupon code/promo code for every other box would help with the cost of the food. Thank you.

I was able to order beef or chicken, to give the dogs some variety, but seems that the chicken wasn't available to order last time I ordered. I would like to see more meat options .

I hope the packaging can be improved because when I receive my delivery, the first bag I open is fresh and darker in color. When I get to the second bag, I notice that the food is drier, harder, and lighter in color. Also, I know this may be inevitable but there are always so many small dust and crumb like pieces in the bag. It always feels like such a waste to get rid of them since my dog wont touch it!

Sometimes the product arrives in crumbs. Other times it arrives I damaged. Youeed better packaging.

Consistency needs to be better. One month the morsels are drier, next month their chewier, next month the food's color is different. Just wish it would be consistent.

Improved UI, food sizing options, more flavors, promos/referrals

Can’t think of any improvements at this time. I’m just happy I have found some dry food she will eat. No more wasted money on kibble she won’t try!

Make it less expensive. Some of us seniors just can't afford it even tho it is terrific.

Deducted one star as it took months to get my first order and food is on the pricey side
