    I don't think Lucy likes the shape of the food. She's not a gobbler and the flat pieces may be more work than she wants to put in to eating. This is frustrating for me! Sorry I couldn't give you better news.

    My dog loves it but I hate the shipping.
    I love the company and what they do for pets around the nation but at the price point of this food, shipping absolutely needs to be streamlined. I understand every company has its limits but it’s so inconsistent. It’s too expensive to be ordering bulk. It’s not probable the average household can afford 600$ a month to ensure there dog is fed to avoid shipping hassle. My Great Pyrenees/ German shepherd mix is growing day by day, has a great coat, and gets absurdly excited for her food. I just wish I had more peace of mind about when her food is coming when I order it. My latest order has been ordered for 12 days with no shipping confirmation or response to my inquiry email about my order.

    Too expensive
    My dogs love the food, but $70 for a small bag of dog food seems much. I wanted to try it with a nice discount in the beginning and then I went to cancel but they gave me no warning and just shipped it. So now I paid $70 for a bag of dog food that I didn’t want and I wrote to them and they were no help.

    I wanted to like this Food..But
    They liked the flavor, it was a good Snack/Treat for my Two German Shorthair Pointers , but after a short time, the food just crumbled and pulverized to a point that it didn’t seem like real “Satisfying” , filling Food. And the price I paid for one bag, Thinking about it later, made me Mad saying to myself “What the Heck did I just pay for. ?? Sorry to say, I will no longer buy this food.

    Good food way over priced
    The food is great. But the measurements online and even on the box are not correct. A 1/4 cu per 10lbs is not correct. The best way to figure out how much you’ll need to feed you dogs is off the kcals/cup. Which it would cost me $1000/month or more to feed my two dogs. That’s insane. I can justify $400 for my 2 boys but not $1000. Good food. Waaaay overpriced

    Initial shipping was 3 days, subsequent shipping takes 3 weeks to my location
    My dog loves the food but shipping is way too inconsistent to make the switch. I had to buy my pups old food while waiting for shipping and switch him back to it without a transition period. I canceled my subscription but last week got a notification that my next order has shipped. Now I will have 2 boxes of this insanely expensive food that will go to waste since I refuse to cycle my pup onto it again just to switch him off in a couple weeks. They will not let me return it.

    Success at first, then rejection
    My seniors had become picky eaters, so I switched them over partially to Sundays. At first they liked it and ate it readily, but after a few weeks they stopped eating it. I do not like the large amount of tiny crumb size pieces and dust in each box.

    I want to love this. I want my dog to love this. So far though, we have had 4 days of bloody diarrhea with no stopping in site. My dog is now turning his nose up at the food he once gobbled down like treats. I do not like having to measure the exact ounce of food to make a box last. With all the settling, there is a TON of powdered material that is difficult to measure/feed. For the amount of money spent on this food, I should not have to supplement with other food to make it last the 26 days anticipated. I refuse to “order early” . 26 days of food should be 26 days of food.

    Terrible customer service - like, the worst.
    Sundays has absolutely zero customer service. If you're lucky enough to get your order in online without needing assistance, then it may work for you. Their website is glitchy and hard to use. The food seems really good, but the customer service makes the whole experience awful . I don't understand why they don't ramp up the quality of their service. Maybe their pool of potential employees are unfavorable? Maybe they don't pay enough? I'll probably never find out because they never called me back. The rep who finally emailed (wouldn't call me) never answered questions, just beat around the bush, and didn't solve any of the problems I had with delivery or ordering.
