    My dogs like.
    I like the nutritional value and that they don’t use synthetic supplements. But disappointed that they only offer discounts to new customers. They had a memorial day sale going on and I received the email about the sale, but discount did not apply to me, because I was existing customer!!! How about giving discounts to your Loyal customers too!!!

    I was shocked to see all the fancy unnecessary boxing. I'd rather Sundays make their product cheaper by forgoing the inner box. I doubt I will continue because of the cost of one 36oz box.

    Wasn’t worth the value.
    My dog does like the food and is a picky eater, but the cost was just too high. My main complaint comes from the bag i food I got, it looked nothing like any of the stuff that’s advertised. Instead of the big chips of food, my bag was all crumbled up and seem like it was older inventory.

    Not the solution for my picky eater
    Product has great ingredients, website is nice, shipping is quick. My dog just isn’t into the food. She is notoriously picky and, after the first few days, has been uninterested in this food.

    Not what I expected
    I did the taste test with my dog, put a bowl of the old food down, which is fresh pet and put a bowl down of Sundays. She chose the fresh pet not to mention the stuff stinks really bad ! Maybe your other recipes will be more appealing and smell better ?

    Very good food, very poor ordering set up
    My dogs loved the food, the packaging is great. However I do not understand why the Boxs do not come in a larger size. Also the first time I bought I could order an amount of boxes I wanted the second time I had no control and was said to be automated…. As a very successful business owner I urge you the utter inefficiency in this and no one will like this . I have run out of food twice and am extremely disappointed with this structure. I would love to be able to log in and purchase so many boxes as I need with a reoccurring shipping.

    Good Quality, Bad Cost Estimate
    The food appeared as advertised and my dog loved it. When I signed up, I was told the subscription would need to renew about every month; however upon reading the feeding instructions I realized that I would need to renew about every two weeks in order to have enough food for my dog, which would about double my expected cost for the food. The initial estimate of cost that the marketing team provided me was not accurate.

    Mold developed on food
    Unfortunately, before the first box was finished I noticed mold developing on some of the nuggets. I did not receive a satisfactory response when I reported this to the company. I would advise you to use it fast if you plan to buy.

    I am getting disgusted w/Sundays!
    Don't send out an "its on its way" email, until its' actually on its way. Poor planning on Sundays' part makes for hungry dogs on this end! Allow an easier way to change your ordering schedule. I didn't need it when they were going to send it automatically, but, when I did order, we waited 2 1/2 weeks after we were told it was in transit to receive it! Now for some reason, I am receiving shipments up the wazoo. We are actually running out of space to tuck all these yellow boxes away. The first bag of this shipment is the first one we have received that is not at least 1/3 crumbs. Yay! My picky dog has actually eaten meals of all crumbs (because that's all we had). My un-picky dog likes Sundays for treats before bed. Go figure. I like the product, just not the administrative end. Perhaps it is time for Sundays to hire some on-site admin people instead of having everyone work at home!

    Huge disappointment
    We used Sundays for over a year, and our dog loved it. But when paying nearly $300/month for food, it is absolutely unacceptable for the company to RUN OUT of food and not be able to deliver orders on time. The current ship date for our last order continues to be pushed - and is now estimated to be 14 days late due to a "minor delay at the warehouse." We've had to switch food in the meantime, giving our dog awful diarrhea for the past 6 days. It's frankly unacceptable and there has been zero communication from the company about their supply chain disruptions or a solution for all the dogs who are running our of food. They've essentially forced us to switch off of their food, and we aren't sure we'll be coming back.

    Good product - not so great service
    Ruby loved this food. For the first time since I got her over 10 years ago, she’d licked the bowl clean. That being said - my experience with the company was not good. I followed the transition instructions, yet we still had issues with her making messes inside. The recommended serving amount was too small for her, and she constantly begged for more food. Even when I fed her slightly more, this didn’t seem to fill her up. I followed the instructions listed on the bag and online. I didn’t overfeed her, and the subscription service that is supposed to deliver more food so there’s no interruptions - it doesn’t arrive in time. I ordered my subscription over a week early, and I still ran out of food. The delivery is arriving over a week later from the early subscription order. If I hadn’t ordered early, we would’ve had about 2 weeks without Sundays food. When I reached out to customer service, the solution was “go ahead and cook your dog some food while you wait.” The whole point of signing up for this service was to prevent this. Not only does my dog show signs of inflammation like arthritis again after almost a week of abrupt and immediate consumption of processed foods overnight, but her energy is sapped again. Of course, this lead to messes being made in the house because of this transition (again), and I anticipate more will be made as we switch back to the new order arrives later this week. The only thing the customer service rep did to help was cancel my subscription service. It wasn’t explained to me that ordering a la carte is much more expensive than using a subscription. This company claims to care about dogs, yet there was little empathy or help for the customer. I will use other food options for my dog.

    Over the course of time I slowly added Sundays to Lucy’s diet as recommended. Late last week I got her to her suggested full amount twice a day. She ended up having diarreha. I stopped feeding her Sundays and put her on a boiled chicken and rice meal. And her stool is hardening. Please cancel my subscriptions. I believe her age of 10 years is not allowing her to digest Sundays properly.

    Horrible service and inconsistent quality
    Wanted so much to like Sundays but it fell short on several fronts. 1) absolutely horrible service considering that we were spending $400+ a month on our subscription. One of our shipments got lost in the USPS system and it took 16 days and multiple follow ups on my part in order for Sundays to finally replace the order; obviously I had to rush to buy other food for my dog in the meantime. 2) the company does not truly give a 100% guarantee; only for your very first order (and within only within 14 days). Want to try another Sundays recipe that doesn’t end up working out for your dog? Don’t expect any help or money back from Sundays other than a partial refund if you provide proof that you’ve donated the unused portion…basically a useless offer, as shelters and organizations in my area do not accept opened food. 3) inconsistent quality - the replacement order that finally arrived after 16 days made my dog sick, but based on the difficulty I had in dealing with the company previously, I decided to cut my losses and cancel….leaving me with $200 wasted and days of mess to clean up from my poor dog. Nowhere near premium service for above premium prices. Severely disappointed and would not recommend food, nor service, to anyone.

    The AI or your communication is dreadful
    You would ask me if I wanted another shipment very extremely too soon after I received a shipment. I said no but you would still send it . Your return policy is really none existent in these cases. I can’t do business with a company without people.

    The delivery is a joke. The shipper you chose decided to send it from L.A. to Texas, then to Las Vegas, then finally to Salt Lake City. This shipper took a week to deliver what usually comes from L. A. in 2 days.

    We placed our order a week ago. It still hasn’t arrived. We daily get texts & emails that our order has arrived when it hasn’t. My dogs are hungry & we’re still waiting. Terrible service.     Company is a mess
    Customer service was painful and uneducated. Cost is way to much for a large dog. Bags of crumbles, which other air dried are not.. I Did finally get customer service manager to clear up everything and was great... What a mess.

    Our dog loved the food, the food did not love her back.
    I switched to Sundays for the increased nutritional value supplied by air dried human grade food. Our dog had been on Orijen origional prior to the switch. When fully transitioned to Sundays chicken recipe, she became bloaty, gassy, and had loose stools. I received a return call from a young woman at Sundays and told her I thought it was due to the grain in Sundays; oatmeal and millet. She suggested the Turkey recipe and I am waiting on delivery. In the mean time our dog is back on Orijen and her GI problems have resolved. Hoping this new recipe, which contains millet as the only grain, will be good for her.
