Find a way to prevent pieces from breaking and ending up like dust in the bottom .

Maybe make the boxes a little stronger so that there are less crumbs in the bags.

Sundays would be better if the recommended amount determined by the questionnaire would be prepackaged.

If it were cheaper, obviously - - but I realize that you get what you pay for, so I believe the price is fair

Really, i can’t suggest anything because every thing has been going so smoothly.

Sundays would be perfect if we could lose the plastic bag packaging. Something recyclable or compostable.

It took us about 6 weeks to get our first order of Sundays. I'm afraid with how popular it's becoming that we may experience similar issues with future shipments as more dog owners discover it. It's a downside that we can't buy it at the store, but that's also probably part of how it's able to be so amazing.

We've had issues with running out of her food but I'm hoping those are resolved now. And there was one bag that was very light and crumbly, although that didn't stop Buffy from chowing it down.

Don’t decrease your quality or standards. Maybe have food just for puppies. Maybe offer treats, or wet food.

I had a way to make changes to shipping and to the amount of food being shipped.

Food never ships on the date scheduled...constantly juggling the date so I do not run out.

More variety in flavors ; turnaround time for order - both of which I know you are addressing.

There were potentials for other flavors (Chicken, Fish etc..)

THE ONLY THING I WOULD IMPROVE UPON IS CUSTOMIZING THE DELIVERIES TO SUIT THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. I WANTED TO SET UP EVERY 95 DAYS BECAUSE THAT IS HOW LONG 4 72 OZ BAGS WILL LAST US BUT I HAD TO DO EVERY 84 DAYS BECAUSE THAT IS MAX OF WHAT THEY WILL DO BUT I CAN SKIP AN ORDER WHICH IS NO DIFFERENT THAN SETTING IT UP FOR EVERY 95 DAYS.

The only downside is the cost- I wish it was a little more affordable, but it's worth it for him to be so excited to eat. There were also issues with shipping delays in the beginning but the customer service team was very responsive and helpful.

I want to support a company that wants to make a difference in the way they produce a healthy dog food. I don’t understand all the undertaking but I wish it could be a little less expensive.
