I did receive one box that was mostly crumbs -- really dust. I didn't like that so I think you should stop packaging when the food is just dust. Not only does it make the dog sneeze, it is not a decent product. If I am paying about $2/day to feed Sophie, I don't want dust.

The only thing I can say is the consistency of the boxes of food needs to be better. I've had boxes of crumbs, too hard, too dark or too light. (they're not crazy about some of the differences & the "sand" is good for nothing. That being said customer service is awesome

I was having some problems receiving my supply of Sundays on time. This last batch arrived the day after I had used the last of the previous box.

The only thing I'd like to see is a variety of proteins. Fish perhaps? Game meats?

Nothing would improve in other than maybe a little bit lower price or more consistent shipping practices

Explain a little better the pricing and how often you charge.

As you get toward the end of the bag, the food is very broken down. I am sure it is due to shipping, so maybe a way to protect it from getting tossed around when shipped.

Deliver earlier so I’m not worried about running out.
