My picky eater is obsessed! & Customer Service Rocks!
When we first got our dog as a brand new puppy, he ate his food with no issues. Once he turned about 18mnths he started to become so picky. His food that he always ate, he stopped. we tried different brands, different flavors and food toppers, still not interested in eating. Of course we had him at the vet to make sure nothing was wrong. After the Vet visit, he got a clean bill of health and we just had to keep tying to find something he liked . I then found Sundays, ordered the sample, mixed a little in with his regular food and it was gone in a blink of an eye. I Immediately started a subscription. The full size order came so well packaged even with a fun Sunday Newspaper. No turning back now!
Now, the Customer Service! As my last subscription was getting ready to ship, I was notified “there was an error with my card” , so to be safe, I entered a new card. Come to find out, both cards went through and a double order was coming. I panicked because CS these days is a joke, every thing is a robot, you can’t call, it’s chat etc. But, I had to reach out because now I was charged a significant amount of money more than I was budgeting, and it was not my error. I contacted them, and with no questions asked I got an email back from a real person!… and they handled my situation with unexplainable ease immediately (again, which doesn’t happen these days!)
Happy to continue to be a customer with Sundays and my big pup is happy as well! Thank you Sundays!
