It’s easy to get started–and to stop if you ever have to cancel your plan. Here’s what to do: 

If you haven’t already done so, you’ll want to take our quick two-minute quiz. We’ll ask questions that pertain to your dog’s size, age and activity level. The answers to these questions will help us determine which recipe is best for your pup. It will also inform the custom feeding guidelines we create for your dog. 

After you complete the quiz, we’ll provide you with a custom meal plan for your dog. It will include a recommended recipe and feeding guidelines, including how much and how often to feed, that are tailored to your pup. Keep in mind that  air-dried dog food is nutrient dense, this means you’ll likely feed less food than you’re used to with other brands. 

We’ll suggest a delivery schedule based off of the recommended feeding guidelines, but you will be able to adjust the schedule however you please. You can update your schedule to better accommodate your needs whenever you like! Your profile will be created once your first order is placed. From that point on, you can adjust your delivery schedule from your account page. It’s also just as easy to cancel your subscription as it is to start one. Simply log in using your email address and head to your account page. There will be a link to cancel at the bottom of the page.
