Frozen Strawberry Barkarita

You’ll need:

  • 1.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • A drizzle of honey

Optional for the humans:
Tequila, orange liquor, and lime juice.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a few mint leaves or serve as-is!

This recipe is sweet and simple without processed sugar. The honey helps bring out the natural sweetness of the strawberries, and the coconut water has electrolytes to stay hydrated.

Moscow Drool

You’ll need:

  • 2 cups water
  • ½ finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup coconut water (for the dog)
  • 1 seltzer (for the human)

Optional for the humans:
Vodka, and lime juice.

To make this recipe, you must first make an easy dog-friendly ginger ale. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add in your finely chopped ginger. Let this simmer for 5 minutes, and then cool. Add your honey while the mixture is warm, but not hot. Once cooled, strain the ginger from the infused ginger water and set aside.

Add the ginger ale to coconut water for the pup, and to seltzer for the human. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!

Cucumber Watermelon Mutt-jito

You’ll need:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 cups watermelon
  • 2 cup of water or coconut water
  • A handful of mint leaves

Optional for the humans:
White rum, seltzer water, and lime juice.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.  Once blended, strain the pulp from the liquid using a cheesecloth or strainer. Serve over ice or as-is for your pup! Both watermelon and cucumber have high moisture content making them the perfect ingredients for this thirst quenching drink.
