    Still on the Fence
    I want to love this. I want my dog to love this. So far though, we have had 4 days of bloody diarrhea with no stopping in site. My dog is now turning his nose up at the food he once gobbled down like treats. I do not like having to measure the exact ounce of food to make a box last. With all the settling, there is a TON of powdered material that is difficult to measure/feed. For the amount of money spent on this food, I should not have to supplement with other food to make it last the 26 days anticipated. I refuse to “order early” . 26 days of food should be 26 days of food.

    Not the solution for my picky eater
    Product has great ingredients, website is nice, shipping is quick. My dog just isn’t into the food. She is notoriously picky and, after the first few days, has been uninterested in this food.

    Good food way over priced
    The food is great. But the measurements online and even on the box are not correct. A 1/4 cu per 10lbs is not correct. The best way to figure out how much you’ll need to feed you dogs is off the kcals/cup. Which it would cost me $1000/month or more to feed my two dogs. That’s insane. I can justify $400 for my 2 boys but not $1000. Good food. Waaaay overpriced

    Unfortunately my dogs couldn't keep this down. They have tummy issues and although they scarfed it down with joy, a few hours later they both ended up vomiting it all back up.

    I am getting disgusted w/Sundays!
    Don't send out an "its on its way" email, until its' actually on its way. Poor planning on Sundays' part makes for hungry dogs on this end! Allow an easier way to change your ordering schedule. I didn't need it when they were going to send it automatically, but, when I did order, we waited 2 1/2 weeks after we were told it was in transit to receive it! Now for some reason, I am receiving shipments up the wazoo. We are actually running out of space to tuck all these yellow boxes away. The first bag of this shipment is the first one we have received that is not at least 1/3 crumbs. Yay! My picky dog has actually eaten meals of all crumbs (because that's all we had). My un-picky dog likes Sundays for treats before bed. Go figure. I like the product, just not the administrative end. Perhaps it is time for Sundays to hire some on-site admin people instead of having everyone work at home!

    I wanted to like this Food..But
    They liked the flavor, it was a good Snack/Treat for my Two German Shorthair Pointers , but after a short time, the food just crumbled and pulverized to a point that it didn’t seem like real “Satisfying” , filling Food. And the price I paid for one bag, Thinking about it later, made me Mad saying to myself “What the Heck did I just pay for. ?? Sorry to say, I will no longer buy this food.

    My dog loves it but I hate the shipping.
    I love the company and what they do for pets around the nation but at the price point of this food, shipping absolutely needs to be streamlined. I understand every company has its limits but it’s so inconsistent. It’s too expensive to be ordering bulk. It’s not probable the average household can afford 600$ a month to ensure there dog is fed to avoid shipping hassle. My Great Pyrenees/ German shepherd mix is growing day by day, has a great coat, and gets absurdly excited for her food. I just wish I had more peace of mind about when her food is coming when I order it. My latest order has been ordered for 12 days with no shipping confirmation or response to my inquiry email about my order.

    My dog loves the food but shipping is way too inconsistent to make the switch. I had to buy my pups old food while waiting for shipping and switch him back to it without a transition period. I canceled my subscription but last week got a notification that my next order has shipped. Now I will have 2 boxes of this insanely expensive food that will go to waste since I refuse to cycle my pup onto it again just to switch him off in a couple weeks. They will not let me return it.

    Very good food, very poor ordering set up
    My dogs loved the food, the packaging is great. However I do not understand why the Boxs do not come in a larger size. Also the first time I bought I could order an amount of boxes I wanted the second time I had no control and was said to be automated…. As a very successful business owner I urge you the utter inefficiency in this and no one will like this . I have run out of food twice and am extremely disappointed with this structure. I would love to be able to log in and purchase so many boxes as I need with a reoccurring shipping.

    Too expensive
    My dogs love the food, but $70 for a small bag of dog food seems much. I wanted to try it with a nice discount in the beginning and then I went to cancel but they gave me no warning and just shipped it. So now I paid $70 for a bag of dog food that I didn’t want and I wrote to them and they were no help.

    Overgrown Small Company
    It took 5 weeks to fill our order. They sent us emails telling us that our paid expedited order was on its way only to find out it was never filled, that their supply had ran out. This is what happens when a small company runs out of supply due to over exposure in social media. My dogs would have starved even samples arrived before my order. Not going to reorder again but cancelled my subscription.

    I received a small single serve box of sundays food for dogs in chicken to try & yes my dogs liked it but their not picky eaters...Ive been feeding my dogs their current dog food since they were puppies & its a high quality dog food, never ever had a recall ever & sold exclusively online...So i was curious about Sundays Dog Food & I couldn't believe the High Price!!!!! To feed my European Doberman (120lbs) & my Miniature Pinscher (10lbs) a month, itwould cost me $334.00 FOR 4 WEEKS!!!! Because I have to buy a smaller & a larger breed of food!!!! That is ridiculous!!!! It would be cheaper for me to feed them both a raw diet if I was going to spend $334.00 a month compared to $110.00 a month for their current small/large breed dry food. I was sent this single size sample from pinchme in return for my honest opinion!

    Wasn’t worth the value.
    My dog does like the food and is a picky eater, but the cost was just too high. My main complaint comes from the bag i food I got, it looked nothing like any of the stuff that’s advertised. Instead of the big chips of food, my bag was all crumbled up and seem like it was older inventory.

    I like the nutritional value and that they don’t use synthetic supplements. But disappointed that they only offer discounts to new customers. They had a memorial day sale going on and I received the email about the sale, but discount did not apply to me, because I was existing customer!!! How about giving discounts to your Loyal customers too!!!

    My 2 picky newfies loved this food. I got a free sample of sundays dog food from pinchme.com. I was so happy that my picky eaters gobbled it down like it was going out of style. Very sad that when I looked into pricing it’s $179 for a “4 week” supply for 1 dog.

    It hurt my dogs tummy
    My Yorkie ended up having tummy/poop issues after eating the beef plan. Molly's poop started to get small and hard then today it was still small and hard but with mucus on it. I always keep two bowls of fresh water out for her so I know she has had plenty water available. I followed the transition plan and the quantity of food that should be given. I am very disappointed and now I have a big bag of expensive food that I will not be giving to Molly and a dog with a tummy issue.

    Not reliable for shipping
    Signed up as a new customer. Got email that product would ship and arrive by a certain date. 2 days after that date saw that product hadn't even shipped. Contact customer service who say it's the post offices fault because they didn't pick it up and this is normal. This wasn't true as there hadn't even been a label created to scan. Cancelled membership.

    3 months in and we have to call it quits. Constant diarrhea and upset tummies… extremely smelly gas… this just did not work for all three of my dogs.
