If your tracking says delivered but the box is not there yet, give the carrier up to 48 hours first. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they physically arrive.
If tracking has stalled for an extended period or the package still has not arrived after that window, contact the care team for help. Please reach out within 2 weeks of the delivery date. It is also worth checking with neighbors or a building office in case the package was misdelivered.
