An estimated ship date is always included on confirmation emails and receipts. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays, and all shipping and delivery estimates are for business days only.
Free Ground shipping is always included with subscription orders. You can expect your order to arrive 3-5 business days after you receive your tracking email. Tracking emails are sent after the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) has scanned the package.
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may take up to 12 business days to arrive, but your dog will agree it's worth the wait!
If you experience any delivery issues or delays, please contact us within 2 weeks of your delivery date so we can offer assistance. The sooner you are able to inform us of a delivery issue, the more helpful our Care team can be.
