How do I edit my delivery schedule?

You can edit your plan from your account, including the next order date, shipment frequency, and your recipe.

If your dog's needs have changed, your plan should change too. The account tools are designed to make that easy.

If you have multiple dogs in your household, each dog should have their own plan since we tailor our subscriptions to each dog’s specific needs. Separate subscriptions will keep each dog's serving guidance and recipe recommendation tied to the right profile.

To add another dog, sign in to your account and start a new plan using the Add A Dog button in the Plans section.

Sign in to your account to review or update your active subscription.

While you may also receive reminder emails or texts before an upcoming order, your account is the best place to manage plan changes directly.

Can I get my next order sooner?

Yes. If you need your next order sooner, use the reorder option in your account to trigger the next shipment immediately.

Expedited shipping may also be available in some cases by request through the care team.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel a plan from your account.

Keep in mind that canceling a subscription does not automatically stop an order that is already processing. If an order is being prepared and you need help, contact the care team as soon as possible.

If you have multiple active subscriptions for different dogs, each subscription must be canceled separately.

How do I update my account info?

How can I get a discount?

Sundays offers a referral program in which new customers can receive an introductory discount and existing customers can receive a referral reward when the referred purchase is completed.
