An estimated ship date is always included on confirmation emails and receipts. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays, and all shipping and delivery estimates are for business days only.

Free Ground shipping is always included with subscription orders. You can expect your order to arrive 3-4 business days after you receive your tracking email. Tracking emails are sent after the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) has scanned the package.

Expedited shipping may be available upon request; rates are $25 for two-day and $50 for next day shipping for customers in the contiguous 48 states. Contact the Customer Care team via Live Chat or e-mail [email protected] to arrange expedited shipping.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Puerto Rico may take up to 12 business days to arrive, but your dog will agree it’s worth the wait!

If you experience any delivery issues or delays, please contact us within seven (7) business days so we can offer assistance. The sooner you are able to inform us of a delivery issue, the more helpful our Care team can be.

If your tracking says delivered but the box is not there yet, give the carrier up to 48 hours first. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they physically arrive.

If tracking has stalled for an extended period or the package still has not arrived after that window, contact the care team for help. It is also worth checking with neighbors or a building office in case the package was misdelivered.

We offer free shipping for all subscription orders to all 50 US states — including Alaska and Hawaii, plus P.O. Boxes, Guam, and Puerto Rico. We prioritize a seamless delivery experience, so shipping partners (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) may vary by area.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Puerto Rico may take up to 12 business days to arrive, but your dog will agree it’s worth the wait!

Due to the strict regulation of cross-border meat products, we do not currently offer shipping to Canada.

What is your return/refund policy?

For first-time purchases, Sundays offers a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee on the first order. To request help, contact the care team within 14 days of delivery.

For subsequent orders, we’ll send a renewal reminder shortly before an upcoming charge, and unwanted renewals generally need to be addressed during that pre-processing window.

For repeat or subscription orders, Sundays generally does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an unwanted recent order is donated to a rescue or shelter and proof of donation is provided, Sundays may refund 50% of that most recent order through the Sharing Sundays program.

Refused deliveries without prior approval are not eligible for refund, and canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that is already processing.
