How do Sundays subscriptions work?

Last updated April 16, 2026

Our subscription is designed to make sure you have the right food on hand before you run out.

To get started, we’ll ask for a few details about your pup through our signup flow. We use that information to recommend a recipe, serving guidance, and a delivery plan before you purchase.

Once you're signed up, you can update your recipe, timing, and plan settings anytime from your account.

How much does Sundays for Dogs cost?

Last updated May 5, 2026

The cost of your Sundays plan depends on your dog's profile and how much food they need.

We calculate that recommendation after collecting a few details about your pup during our signup flow, including things like age, weight, breed, activity level, and health goals. It typically takes 2-3 minutes per dog.

Before you purchase, you'll see your recommended recipe, trial order price, and ongoing plan cost information.

Do you offer samples?

We offer trial amounts of your chosen recipe in your first order so you can try Sundays without committing to our larger order sizes right away.

That gives you a chance to see how it fits into your routine before moving forward with a longer-term plan.

If your dog is generally healthy, it is not usually necessary to check with your vet before trying Sundays.

That said, we always support talking with your veterinarian if your dog has medical concerns, a complicated history, or a condition that requires a specialized diet. We're also happy to share nutritional details so you can review them with your vet.

Your first order will be intentionally smaller so you and your dog can make sure you have the right recipe and plan, and usually contains 2-4 weeks of food, depending on how much your pup eats.

For most dogs, a standard order is designed to last roughly 3-5 weeks when Sundays is being fed as the main meal. The exact timing depends on your dog's serving size, recipe, and whether you are feeding Sundays as a full diet or as part of a mixed routine.

If your boxes are lasting much longer or running out much faster than expected, you can adjust your dog’s profile and your plan in your account.
